Night Packaging Operator

Location : Baie D'Urfé, Canada; On-site; 40 hours/week

Hourly rate: $31.06

Premium Shift: $3

Main responsibilities

• Ensure the production of semi-finished and finished products in strict compliance with procedures, safety rules, standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs);
• Operate a packaging line made up of various automated or non-automated equipment;
• Ensure production quality and guide support staff;
• Update all documentation associated with activities, according to current procedures and in compliance with cGMPs;
• Ensure manual cleaning of the workstation or participate in the cleaning by NEP of the supply pipes of the packaging line;
• Record the time spent on the production line and be sensitive to compliance with standard times and the completion of the production plan;
• Ensure the dismantling, assembly and adjustment of the packaging equipment according to the adjustment sheets and assembly guides in place;

Basic requirements

• AEC or DEC in mechanics or electromechanics
• Relevant experience on automated equipment and systems in the manufacturing sector;
• Good mechanical aptitude;
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, food or chemical environment;
• Be able to work under pressure;
• Demonstrate leadership skills, organizational skills, rigor and professionalism.
